NARS celebrates its 15th anniversary with 15X15, a collection of 15 celebrity portraits photographed by Founder and Creative Director François Nars. Each portrait draws inspiration from a NARS product shade and an iconic reference carefully chosen by François, who also created the makeup looks on the 15 participants.

Each celebrity subsequently acted as a guest editor, photographing his or her personal interpretation of the NARS product shade that inspired his or her own portrait. Each corresponding product name in this book is featured below the name of the celebrity indicating the very shade that inspired each portrait.

The book, along with the individual portraits and the series of photographic interpretations taken by each celebrity, will be available for 30 days begining November 12th, 2009 at 8PM EST for purchase on the 15X15 Online Gallery (www.15X15project.com). Profits will be distributed among the 15 charities chosen by the participating celebrities.
